Scope Of Work
This church extension project completed within 9 months including 2nd floor and parking lot side extension and whole building renovation. The scope of works are included new elevator, foundation, steel structure, EIFS, dry type stone at facade, drywall, tile, doors and windows, HVAC, electric, Plumbing and sprinkler work.
This is LIRR adjacent building, so we had to solve the MTA relationship matter with short period.
The facade stone work is the main beauty of this building and we coordinated with oversea crew and materials out sourcing to save cost a lot.
All church members are satisfied with work performance of the cost and period.
