Scope Of Work
Removed a terribly installed EPDM roof from an R-Panel metal roof deck and replaced with a new spray polyurethane foam roofing system with elastomeric coating. We had to go back to check out another leak on the building. Although the leaking area was oustide of the scope of work, Smart Seal Roofing took care of the customer by applying Topps Seal Commercial Grade coating and seam sealer to the fastners and seams on the vertical metal wall directly above the new SPF roof. The customer comments on the after action survey were: "Great Job, great crew. Very professional and they cared about our project. Very Happy"
