Scope Of Work
Landmark Structures needed a Roof Coating System durable enough to withstand the brutal Texas elements. The main difficulty in the scope of work was that the entire building could contain NO METAL! Metal fasteners were not allowed, so the only possible long term solution to the wood decked roof was to apply a fabric reinforced Topps Seal system to the roof. All seams were sealed with fabric reinforced Polycore fabric prior to installation. If you think you have something way out of the ordinary that no one can handle, give us a call!
