Scope Of Work
This project was a full tear-off of the existing modified bitumen system and replacement with Spray Polyurethane Roofing foam, silicone coating, and embedded granules. We had to be very careful when removing the old roof not to cause damage to the premises. The difficulty in doing so was that there was only one place allowed to position the dumpster. We successfully completed the project safely and without any damage to the premises.
