Scope Of Work
This project utilized a Topps Seal Commercial Grade system on an existing leaking R-Panel metal roof to stop leaks and improve the internal temperature of the hangar for private citizens. All seams and fasteners were sealed with Topps Seam/Rivet guard and two coats of Topps Commercial Grade elastomeric coating were installed. This is Topps Products entry level system and the tenants were happy with the dry and cool roofing system provided by Topps Products and installed by Smart Seal Roofing.
