Scope Of Work
The Cleburne, TX Mason Lodge was experiencing water intrusion along the north wall of the building. The building is a 1930's era theater that was converted to the lodge. An adjacent building fire in recent years cooked the bricks on the upper 10 to 15 feet of the north wall. The existing roof is a torch applied modified system. The through wall scuppers were also in dire need of sealing. In order to prevent further water intrusion into the building, we had to apply a Topps Seal sandstone colored solvent based elastomeric to the upper 15 feet of the north wall in addition to the top of the wall, and inner wall. The scuppers were sealed with Topps Polyprene. The most difficult part of this project was limited space. We had to work off of lifts and our clearance of nearby power lines was just enough! We did a very deliberate and thorough job and the building is now leak free!
