Scope Of Work
Procon Development drew up all plans, demo-ed away old debris, supplied and installed new interior walls per building plans, installed insulation, drywall, electrical, and plumbing as required. We were also responsible for installing brand new HVAC units, as well as installing flooring, doors, mirrors, and fire sprinklers. Procon Development was also responsible for painting the interior of the building.
