For nearly 30 years, Joel has compiled a resume of some of Southern California’s most complicated and significant projects.

Joel has led KPRS since its inception as the firm has completed over 1 Billion in projects to date. Joel was the Vice President and Territory General Manager of the Los Angeles region of Kajima Construction Services, Inc., Vice President of Construction for Maguire Thomas Partners at Playa Vista, a multi billion dollar, 1,000-Acre commercial and residential mixed-use project near Marina Del Rey, The Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach, Pac Bell Park in San Francisco, Library Square and The Gas Tower in Los Angeles.

Mark’s industry experience in development, design & construction spans over 35 years—he founded The Bergman Companies in 1982 and joined KPRS Inc. to form BergmanKPRS in 2012.

Mark has been involved with the development, design, construction & branding of many of today’s top retailers. He has been requested by National and International Fortune 500 companies to oversee their expansion, roll-out programs and redesign programs. His work has been published in Interior Design Magazine, International Design Magazine, Graphics West, and Shopping Center Digest.

As Director of Operations, Peter is responsible for leading and managing multiple teams within the nationwide company. He directs numerous divisions within Bergman, including Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Superintendents to deliver exceptional results for our clients. His responsibilities include originating and fine-tuning the processes and systems the company uses every single day. A graduate of Cal Poly Pomona, Peter has graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology and International Business & Marketing. He has a strong working background with DBIA, CHC, LEEDAP, PMP, and OSHPD certify projects.

As director business development, David is responsible for expanding the company’s business, increasing its revenue, finding new business opportunities, and building the Bergman brand. David oversees the sales and marketing teams, looking for new markets, spots new growth opportunities, and works to build the Bergman brand and exposure. Constantly on the lookout for new opportunities to expand the business, David is responsible for working to develop strategic plans to create new revenue generation opportunities.  David’s building experience includes national program management and roll out retail programs, managing the expansion of Anheuser-Busch high end brands, and most recently the development and construction management of Wild Rivers Waterpark in Irvine, CA.
