Scope Of Work
6-story 109-units of market-rate apartments (5 levels wood over 1 level concrete) in 85,500 sf over 15,500 sf of retail / parking above 44,000 sf of subterranean parking (2-levels). Cybertech Construction will be performing as a subcontractor of Fassberg Construction Company for the project responsible for the grading and installation of sidewalks, drainage, concrete paving, concrete stamped colored paving, footings and bike racks, installation of Corten Steel planters, building CMU planters, and cast in place concrete benches.
