Scope Of Work
The Universal Church in Compton was started on February 2014 and completed on February 2015. This project was a complete interior and exterior renovation. This church project was very challenging because we had to meet schedule by working in 2 phases due to church operations. The church building consist of 2 floors and it’s attached to another building which is the church office building which also consist of 2 floors. The first phase was the sanctuary area and second phase was the office building. The church would operate in the church’s office building while construction was being done in the sanctuary. The project was completed successfully on time and within budget.

Total area is 49,918 SQFT Interior SQFT area is 27,898 SQFT and parking area is 22,077 SQFT.
Under pinning on the whole main building.
Reinforcement of the whole roof wood rafters on main building.
Stained glass from Brazil for 20 windows and baptism pool with LED lighting.
Porcelain tile 24” x 24” throughout the entire building except office rooms.
Virtual Chroma Key TV studio
Conference room of 2,800 sqft with operable wall to divide it into 2 rooms.
640 fixed leather seats.
We did not fail one single inspection throughout the remodeling.
Cost: $4,000,000.00
