Scope Of Work
We started remodeling this office building located in Los Angeles Downtown, in November 2013 ad completed in spring of 2014. We have completed projects, such as, a commercial kitchen, 2 screening TV studio for live broadcasting, a fully equipped copy center, over 20 offices, new lobby , elevator cabin remodel, new roofing and all the common areas piano room for dinner events.

The building was built in 1937.
The building is over 45,000 SQFT.
80% of the lighting in the building are LED’s and 20% fluorescent.
The floor materials used are polished porcelain throughout detailing with Emperador Dark, Crema Marfil Premium and Carrara marbles.
Solid wood doors 8 ft. in height and French doors 7 ft.
Polished porcelain tiles 24” x 24” from Spain.
Silk and vinyl wall covering.
Fine carpentry work.
Cost: $5,000,000.00
