Bamshad (Bobby) Akhbari is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of
Halifax Construction; Inc. In 1988, Bobby graduated from the Southern
California Institute of Architecture (SCI-ARC) — one of the nation’s
most prestigious independent architecture schools.
?
At the beginning stages of his career, he soon realized that he is
happiest while creating in the field instead of sitting at a desk.
He’s been involved with design/build projects and construction
projects since the early ’90s.
?
Bobby considers no project to be too big or too small. His experience
includes interiors and tenant improvements, as well as building
single-family homes (Type V or Steel and Concrete), multi-family
complexes, and commercial buildings as large as 200,000 s.ft. (whole
city block).
?
As the general contractor, Bobby enjoys working closely with the
architect or project designer to provide the highest level of
cooperation and collaboration in order to achieve maximum results;
always working together with the client as a team.
He has demonstrated over twenty-five years of exceeding his client's
expectations by contributing his expertise and vision to each project.
His artistic and architectural backgrounds combine the ability to
understand design and construction, and the acumen to execute his
creative vision in seamless ways.
?
In his personal life, he is an avid sculptor. His portfolio showcases
his artistic vision in creating landscapes, outdoor and indoor
ornamental pieces, gardens, and fine art sculptures.
