Elijah Woolsey's Bio
Eli’s first experiences in the construction industry were working with a family of builders. He started working with his father as a carpenter's helper when he was 10 years old, and after the passing of his father, began working as a roofing contractor throughout high school. During college he worked full-time as a framing contractor while obtaining degrees at Texas State University in San Marcos. He says he is thankful for his hands-on experience, and believes it gives him the opportunity to provide clients with a high level of quality and hands on experience. His continuing education has been a benefit to the company’s mission of sustainability and specialization in green building. His formal education consists of a Master’s degree in Construction Science and Management. Eli is an adjunct faculty professor at Texas State University in the Construction and Engineering department; courses taught include: Construction Cost Estimating, Fundamentals of Construction Science and guest lectures about business development and entrepreneurship.
Julie Woolsey's Bio
Julie is a highly valued and critical member of the company.. She is an energetic leader with more than 15 years of management experience. Her outstanding work ethic and attention to detail are vital when keeping track of cost records for multiple projects. Owners appreciate her attentiveness and attention to detail when generating accurate reports and providing job-costing records. Julie’s position as the Chief Financial Officer plays a critical role in the success of the company. She is a Quickbooks Certified Pro and completed multiple certifications in construction accounting and bookkeeping. Julie enjoys working out, spending time with her horses and animals, as well as landscaping at her home.
TJ Grossi's Bio
TJ is from the Chicago area and grew up with a hammer in his hands, working with his father at a young age. He began his career as a union carpenter and eventually branched out to start his own business. An opportunity became available to work for an international construction company as an industrial safety supervisor and eventually this led to a local opportunity as a city building official. TJ always had a love for rural areas and the warm Southern climate, which led him to look for a building official position in Texas. The City of New Braunfels offered him the Chief Building Official position and it’s when he made the move to Texas with his family of six. TJ excelled as a building official, but always had a passion for building and working in the private sector. He has a vast range of experience in both public and private work, floodplain certifications and project management of a multitude of different construction types. His latest ongoing project is managing a multi-year resort development with the Woolsey team, consisting of approximately 70 million of total infrastructure. TJ is a father of 4 and loves the outdoors, fishing and hunting.

Glenn Roblin's Bio
Glenn attended Texas State University in San Marcos and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Science and Management and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He also obtained the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification and is a licensed Commercial General Contractor with the International Code Council. Glenn is an excellent team member and understands that estimating is about attention to detail. He is excellent at managing multiple bid due dates, procurement processes and solicitation of construction documents to many subcontractors and suppliers. Glenn enjoys riding motorcycles, traveling and holds multiple national championships in trials motorcycle competitions.

Christy Furman's Bio
Christy holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Finance from Texas State University and is in progress with a Masters Degree in Construction Science and Management. As a Project Coordinator she takes great pride in helping bring owners’ vision to life. She has always been inspired by custom homes and design. Christy’s enthusiasm and positive attitude always provide fun to the process. Her ability to manage numerous deadlines and keep projects organized are a great benefit to the team. Christy enjoys training and riding horses.
Greg Pate's Bio
Greg is a talented and accomplished Project Manager executive with over 20+ years of experience as a results-oriented Project Management professional. He has a strong background working on a variety of projects, these include; commercial & residential construction, renovation projects across multiple industries, ground up and renovations. As the Senior Project Manager his skills and focus are on scheduling, budgeting, costing and contract negotiations. Greg has extensive familiarity with safety, environmental code, building code and regulatory compliance. Greg is a father of 3 and loves spending time with his family, as well as enjoying live music.
Matt Schumann's Bio
A 6th generation native to New Braunfels, Matt grew up in the heart of the beautiful Texas hill country that he and his family are grateful to call home. He is a graduate of Texas State University in Construction Science and Management. Matt has spent the majority of his career after college in the commercial construction industry, working on a wide range of projects; varying from tilt-wall, tenant improvement, senior living, LEED certified, corporate offices, educational and financial institutions. These projects have ranged from 1 million value to multiple 20+ million senior living centers. His experience in construction and development has continued to expand over the years working directly with developers and owners alike- helping guide their projects from inception to completion. In 2018 he joined the Woolsey team working hand-in-hand with the organization to become a partner in new developments and build a strong operations team. He is an excellent leader and skilled operations manager- driven to produce excellent quality. Matt is a family man, hunting enthusiast and enjoys Texas country music.

James Shelton's Bio
James’ role and focus are finding new project opportunities for the company. He performs a vast amount of online research, assessing building trends, new bidding opportunities and builds new relationships with the ownership team. His dedication and persistence to pursuing new opportunities are great skills he brings to the company. James loves to play and write music, both piano and guitar.

Deborah Thomas's Bio
Deborah’s proficiency in accounting and bookkeeping stem from a 40 year career in the industry. She has a degree in accounting from the University of Texas and has held positions with the IRS. In her career she has been the lead accountant for other construction companies and successfully managed numerous accounts. She is a seasoned veteran in the accounting and construction industry, possessing skills for financial management in payables, receivables, account reconciliations, balance sheets, financial statements and reconciliations. Deborah is highly involved in her church as treasurer, she also enjoys swimming in the Comal River, gardening and time at the lake.

Larry Waldner's Bio
Larry began his construction career in Houston 25+ years ago where his role was managing large commercial projects. After moving to the hill country Larry worked for a commercial development company that was highly involved with projects such as the Lakeway Hospital, Lonestar Brewery planning and development and many others. Larry always demonstrates excellent leadership abilities, and a fun competitive nature that it takes to manage projects successfully. His positive energy and easy-going nature make him a valuable member of the team and favorite with our clients.
Leon Woolsey's Bio
Leon is the ultimate construction enthusiast, his skills range from artisan woodworking, project management and most of all inspiring positive attitude. He holds a degree in Construction Science and Management from Texas State University. His leadership skills have strong roots from excelling at sports, as he played football throughout his college career. Leon has been a strong management presence throughout the history of the company. His knowledge in construction, ability to motivate others and proficiency at handling multiple deadlines simultaneously are great benefits to the team. He enjoys being active, learning new skills and being with his family.
