Scope Of Work
For the renovation of the historical Virginia State Capitol, Safway engineers designed a system with 13,500-pound concrete counterweights and guyed the sca?old because it could not be ti ed into any outside face of the structure, nor anchors pounded into the ground. In addition, Safway installed tarp that had a breakaway feature if winds exceeded 60 miles per hour.
