Steep slope metal roof

Building was vacant for several years, roof looked very neglected. Aero Aggerates bought the building to set up a new aggregate manufacturing company and wanted the roof to look nice.

Roof was very rusted in some spots

Multiple leaks

Fasteners were rusting

Solution

J Smucker installed a safety cable and brought in man lift equipment to keep the project safe

We pressure washed the entire roof, applied Encase, a rust stopping primer

Caulked all fasteners

Installed Rapid Roof HV over the entire roof
