Scope Of Work

We have executed several complete build-outs and major repairs. Most of the work was at night and over the weekend in order to avoid disturbing tenants in the spaces we were working in or tenants that were adjacent to fit-outs. The fit-out work included major demolition (removal of walls, MEPs and all finishes); installation of new walls, kitchenettes and MEPs (HVAC, electrical, fire and plumbing); and all new finishes (drop ceiling, paint, carpet). The major repairs included building envelope repairs, MEP repairs and interior repairs.
