Dikran has been in the Signs and Architectural Specialty Works since 1995. He is a Business Developer for Major Projects and is responsible for exploring, expanding, and solidifying business relationships in the Los Angeles area and California at large. Dikran holds a PreMed degree and is a member of the SEGD - Society of Experiential Graphic Design and AIGA - American Institute of Graphic Arts.
Past projects he is most proud of include: USC, Dodgers Stadium, Metropolis LA, Circa LA, Wilshire Boulevard Temple, LAX-ConRAC, LAX-ITFWest, LAX-T5 and T7, LA Federal Courthouse, Four Seasons LA, Television Academy HQ, Long Beach Airport, and Arizona Center.
John Hadaya 's Bio
John is based in San Diego, California. He holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Energy Conversion from the University of Dayton in Ohio. John has deep industry experience in the areas of facilities management, construction, and general contracting. His favorite part of the job is the connections he makes and the relationships he builds, some of which last for decades.
John's list of clients include Landry’s, Panda Express, Westfield, Simon, Washington Prime Group, Ashley Furniture, and California Coastal Credit Union. His regional clients are Regency Centers, Donahue Schreiber, Sudberry Properties, Brixton Capital, American Assets Trust, and many large shopping center developers on the West coast.
John Mortensen 's Bio
John Mortensen entered into the sign business while still in high school, and purchased Jones Sign Company Company in 1982. He is a lifelong resident of Green Bay, WI and attended the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay. He has been in the sign industry since 1975. He is the company President and remains active in the daily business. John’s favorite part of the job at Jones Sign Company Company has been guiding the company’s growth and providing safe and secure jobs to over 450 people (and growing). John is also a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers. Away from the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, four children, and 5 grandchildren.
Kevin Morris 's Bio
Kevin has been an integral part of the Jones team since 2013. Committed to a project's success, Kevin's construction acumen, creativity and diligence have resulted in bold, unique solutions that consistently exceed client expectations. He partners with Developers, Architects, Designers, Owner's Representatives, and General Contractors on projects all around the United States.
At Jones, Kevin has worked on branded environments for Corporate Campuses, Mixed-Use Destinations, Retail Shopping Centers, Hospitality Developments, Civic and Public Spaces, Healthcare Facilities, and Sports and Entertainment Venues. Kevin is an active member of the Society of Experiential Graphic Design (SEGD).

Todd Patrickus 's Bio
Mr. Patrickus’ years of experience spans all aspects of sign manufacturing, materials technology, field installation, and service. As Executive Vice President of Jones Sign Company, he provides executive level management to a diverse team of sign industry professionals. In addition, he also provides oversight and leadership for project management, estimating, and contract administration. Mr. Patrickus will have direct authority for all Jones Sign Company activities on your project.

Beth Olmstead 's Bio
As a senior executive with over 25 years of leadership and management experience in the signage industry, Beth Olmstead leads Jones East’s Project Management & Service Teams. Beth has spent her career helping her employers improve business processes, optimizing operations, & improving lines of communication. Since 2002, she has been responsible for managing major projects totaling over 68 million dollars. Her education includes a Bachelor’s degree from Ball State University in Operational Management and Marketing. She works for Jones Sign Company at our Philadelphia location where she serves as a Director of National Accounts and is responsible for oversight of a team of project managers and coordinators at our East location, ensuring our clients are 100% satisfied.
Her expertise includes planning, managing, leading, and coordinating resources across both technical and non-technical teams for Sign Conversion Project Initiatives. She has guided program and project teams to meet major milestones on the critical path that satisfied customer requirements and expectations. Beth has strong analytical, strategic and tactical skills and a reputation for bottom-line orientation, high quality and most importantly, customer satisfaction.
Her favorite part of the job was working on a conversion project, bringing Jones Sign Company out to Croydon to the Service Select office, and helping develop the personnel to meet the needs of the newly combined companies. Beth is also involved with the New Jersey/Delaware Valley Sign Association, US Sign Council, and the LinkedIn Project Manager Network. Outside of work, Beth enjoys working with Women of the Moose.
Bob Lepak 's Bio
Mr. Lepak has managed and installed signs for major projects across
the nation. Mr. Lepak’s years of experience in the field is very
valuable to production, installation crews, and our customers to
ensure a safe, quality, and timely install. He oversees the production
facility and coordinates all fabrication, installation, and shop work
flow while ensuring adherence to safety, quality standards,
scheduling, and shop drawing detail.
Mr. Lepak has implemented a
team concept into fabrication which promotes fabricator ideas and
efficiencies resulting in shorter lead times, quality products, and an
impressive work flow. He continues to promote lean manufacturing and
continuous improvement. Mr. Lepak also takes great pride in the Jones
Sign Company manufacturing facility, as it is one of the cleanest and
most organized manufacturing facilities in the country
Emily Fullerton 's Bio
Emily started at Jones Sign Company Company in 2014, just after graduating from Marquette University where she graduated with a degree in Corporate Communication. She works out of our Green Bay location where she serves as the Director of Large Venue & Custom Projects. Her position demands that she manages a project from start to finish, including making sure fabrication is on schedule & signage will be installed on time. Her favorite part of the job is the fast-paced environment that allows her to thrive in high stress situations.
Jimmy Mcdonald 's Bio
Jimmy McDonald has been in the sign industry since 1988. His continuing education includes completion of the Dale Carnegie Management Training, Sandler Training, and Red Rock Sales Training. He works for Jones Sign Company at our Tampa location where he serves as Account Manager.
Jimmy’s efforts are to seamlessly bring together the client vision with Jones Sign Company Company solutions. His favorite part of the job is meeting with clients and getting to understand what the needs are for their projects and then creating a solution. Problem solving is his strength. Jimmy gets great satisfaction when he sees a job he was a part of come to fruition.
Outside of work, Jimmy enjoys coaching and did so for eight years to a local level A-1 soccer team that achieved a high level of success. He likes playing golf with his family & all outdoor activities.
Leah Willmann 's Bio
Leah has been in the sign industry since 2008. She works for Jones Sign Company as the Director of Human Resources at our Green Bay location?, and regularly travels to all our locations to foster growth, culture, and collaboration. She is responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resources functions for all Jones Sign Company locations and employees. Her expertise includes coaching and the development of teams.
Her education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources Management from the University of WI – Green Bay, and she is currently pursuing a Masters of Business Administration from St. Norbert College in De Pere, WI.
Leah is also involved with the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) as a national and local Green Bay member. Her favorite part of the job ?is challenging employees and managers to develop the needed skills to meet the desired results of our growing company?. ??Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, boating, and reading.
Rick Campbell 's Bio
Rick has been involved in all three of Jones Sign's primary divisions: Multi-Site Branding, Large-Scale Custom Projects, and Architectural Creations. He is an exceptional project manager and has extensive experience working successfully with architects, designers, and owners. Rick is a Design/Build Specialist for Major Projects, Brand, Digital, Wayfinding, Architectural Elements, and Commercial Lighting. He has been instrumental in the development of outdoor advertising sign structures in the Chicago market.
Past projects that he is most proud of include: Qualcomm National Rebrand and the Town Square Las Vegas Spectacular I-15 Interstate Sign.

Christina Price 's Bio
Christina Price is a member of the executive sales team based in Tampa. She holds a B.A.S. degree in Sustainability Management from St. Petersburg College. 15 years of experience in the signage industry – including leadership roles in consulting, project management, permitting, and operations frames her approach to each project.
Christina has worked alongside clientele from national chains to developers to maximize results while ensuring brand protection. She draws on her experience in the signage industry to create the foundation for successful projects. She is motivated by delivering dynamic projects to the built environment.
Christina is a Florida native that enjoys camping, snorkeling, and volunteer activities.
Dave Heideman 's Bio
Dave is our Director of Business Development. He is responsible for recognizing and consulting new multi-site business opportunities within various vertical market segments including those in Hospitality Management, Corporate ID, and Retail. Dave has been in the sign business for over 20 years. He demonstrates excellent communication, creative planning, and organizational skills to develop prompt, cost-effective, and timely solutions for his clients. Dave has a solid customer service attitude and helps implement strategic ideas and recommendations to large multi-site corporate enterprise and mid-market accounts for better brand consistency.
Dave loves what he does. He enjoys being able to help his clients accomplish their vision through exterior signage and branding elements as well as establishing long-term relationships in the process. Dave is married and has two wonderful twin daughters. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and loves playing golf.

James Merriman 's Bio
Mr. Merriman has been a Signage Consultant for Jones Sign Company for over 11 years, focusing on consultation and management of signage projects from conception to installation. Jim provides consultation to owners, architects, designers, and general contractors. He is the main point of contact for contract negotiations and mediation. Jim ensures adherence to contract terms throughout the course of project timeline, and is the main point of contact for post-project follow up.
Laura Myers's Bio
Laura Myers has served in marketing leadership roles across several B2B and B2C industries since 2000.As Director of Marketing, she is responsible for developing the marketing strategy, crafting the integrated communications plan, and implementing the plan. She works closely with our sales team to align sales and marketing strategies and articulate the Jones Sign story to set us apart. Laura enjoys building internal and external relationships and working on cross functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Her background is in marketing strategy, brand development, public relations, promotions, and experiential marketing.
Laura joined Jones Sign in 2021 and is a graduate of The University of Wisconsin – Green Bay. Outside of work, she enjoys biking, golf, attending sporting events, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
Missie Kline's Bio
Missie has been part of the lighting and electrical industry since 2003. She started her career at Illumetek Corp. in Cuyahoga Falls, OH where she held the following roles: Project Manager, Project Division Manager, Director of Operations, and Director of Strategic Planning. Missie spent three years at Scott Services as a Business Development Specialist. In addition, she is a member of the National Association of Lighting Maintenance Companies (NALMCO) and serves on the Program Committee.
Missie has a Bachelor's from Grove City College in Pennsylvania and a Certificate of Applied Project Management from the University of Akron. She is a Trustee at the local Elks lodge and has played competitive volleyball for over 30 years.
Nellie Mcdermott 's Bio
Nellie McDermott arrived at Jones Sign Company Company with a background in the healthcare industry as a respiratory therapist, and was also the owner and manager of Dimensions Tour and Travel. She has been in the sign industry since 2001. Her education includes an Associates Degree in Respiratory Therapy from Philadelphia Community College, and licenses in Life, Health, and Series 6 from Professional Training Services. She works for Jones Sign Company Company at our Philadelphia location where she serves as a Regional Vice President for National Sales and is responsible for leadership, planning, organization, and professional outreach to advance sales processes and client development. She also guides, supports, and provides sales expertise for the Philadelphia sales support team.
Her favorite part of the job is her extensive executive experience providing Fortune 500 clients with the kind of unparalleled service that builds and sustains their confidence. Outside of work, Nellie enjoys volunteering at her Quaker Meeting for Worship and spends timing helping several family members. She also golfs, fishes, & skis.
Patrick Basche 's Bio
Patrick brings a vast amount of business management experience to every project. He is a particularly skilled problem-solver who is dedicated to his clients, providing exceptional customer service and effectively managing budgets and timelines to ensure project success. Patrick has a business degree and is a member of both the Society for Experiential Graphic Design (SEGD) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
As part of the Business Development team for Jones Sports, Patrick partners with owners, designers, architects, general contractors, and environmental graphic consultants throughout the United States. Patrick has been on the Jones team since 2011; during that time he has worked in the architectural environments for Commercial Developments, Hospitality Developments, Mixed-Use Destinations, Public Venues, Healthcare Campuses with a focus on Sports and Entertainment Venues. Patrick is an active member in the Society for Experiential Graphic Design (SEGD). Past projects that he is most proud of include: Fiserv Forum and Little Caesars Arena.
Outside of work, Patrick enjoys the outdoor activities including: golf, cycling, hiking, fishing, barbecuing, and attending sporting events.
Sara Ledvina 's Bio
Sara Ledvina arrived at Jones Sign Company Company with a background in restaurant management. She has been in the sign industry since 2005. Her education includes degrees in Management and Marketing. She works for Jones Sign Company Company at our Green Bay location where she serves as the Vice President of Sales Administration and Project Management and is responsible for ensuring the successful on-boarding of new clients as well as ensuring that existing clients’ projects are tracking on time and on budget. The tracking of existing clients includes all aspects of sign management from the pre-sales process to manufacturing and installation and through invoicing and collection. She is also responsible for the sales administration and project management team’s growth and development.
Her favorite part of the job is being able to be in a position to manage several million dollars in major projects herself and also being part of multiple national and major projects sales meetings where she helps convince clients that Jones Sign Company Company is the right partner. Sara also enjoys providing some form of oversight to 75%+ of the jobs that run through this company. Outside of work, Sara enjoys bowling, camping, and golfing.

Prior to joining Jones Sign Company Company in 2016, Cheri Perrault worked for 34 years in public accounting. Cheri is based at our Green Bay, WI location where her duties as Controller include all activities related to the accounting department and offering support to other departments. Her favorite part of the job is acquiring new knowledge. Away from work, Cheri and her family love spending time at their cottage in Tomahawk, WI – where their activities include waterskiing, boating, snowshoeing, biking, & getting away from it all. She loves reading & hiking.

Kristopher Kay arrived at Jones Sign Company with a background in the sign industry – his family owned a sign shop. He has been in the sign industry since 1994. His education includes an Associates degree of Liberal Arts from College of Central Florida. He works for Jones Sign Company at our Tampa location where he serves as an Account Executive and is responsible for selling signage and architectural products to key decision makers. His favorite parts of the job are consulting with architects, designers, and developers, being entrusted to provide advice and service, and seeing a job completed with excellence. Nick has successfully served in the sign industry for twenty five years managing sign projects for general contractors, architects, developers and end users ranging from single to multiple locations throughout the Midwest.
