Scope Of Work
Crossland Construction Company was selected to serve as Construction Manager-At Risk for the Riverton Schools Facility Improvement project. Currently in progress, plans include updates to the current fire alarm system, access control and security systems, and the addition of three storm shelters. Other project specifications include construction of four classrooms that will double as a storm shelter with a 500 person capacity. A new multipurpose activity center will be used during school hours, and for after school activities and fundraising events. A lunchroom expansion and reconfiguration is also in the job scope. Plans to replace the HVAC systems and add a 50 space parking expansion are in place.
Crossland crews will self-perform demolition, earthwork, concrete, steel, and rough and finish carpentry.
