Scope Of Work
Jay Hatfield Chevrolet of Columbus, Kansas chose Crossland to update their dealership to meet GMC’s new contemporary image. This design/build project included a complete remodel of the facility’s interior and exterior.
The interior three-car showroom also has office space and an information center. The exterior was wrapped in smooth, sleek Aluminum Composite Material panels. The service center building was also remodeled with new offices and a customer lounge. The dealership remained open for business during construction. Crossland teams worked hard to accommodate the needs of a fully operational facility.
