Francisco has thirty seven (37) years of experience in project and
program management in a wide range of infrastructure sectors that
include commercial buildings, healthcare, water, manufacturing
buildings, correctional facilities, and transportation, among other
sectors. Arteaga has been responsible for the management of capital
programs from pre-construction and planning through post construction,
and under his direction, CPM has managed work whose aggregate capital
investment is in excess of $3.1 billion. Mr. Arteaga has worked for
several stateside companies where he has held various managerial roles.
Mr. Arteaga founded CPM in 1991, which has evolved into a
well-recognized consulting and construction and program management
firm, having been ranked among the Top 100 CM-for-Fee Firms and Top 50
Program Management Firms in the United States by Engineering
News-Record (ENR). CPM also enjoys having been selected among the 20
Best Employers in Puerto Rico on four consecutive occasions.
