Scope Of Work
This scope of work included an entire back yard renovation. 3-D Design and drawings were created. Removal of pressure treated steps, digging and pouring of reinforced concrete footers. Framing of deck and steps. Installation of composite decking and low voltage lighting. Deck contained a 2 piece border. Vinyl Railings and low voltage step and railing lighting included. Installation of vinyl deck skirting. Re-grading of area. Installation of playground, assembly of playground and trampoline. Installation of 20,000 sq ft of Tall Fescue Sod. This client was thrilled with our craftsmanship and continued to use our services for additional projects at the residence.
