Scope Of Work
The Shoreview Maintenance Facility addition and will bring an over 40 year old building to the 21st Century. A proactive design. We will reuse roof water for toilets and cleaning trucks, porous concrete parking areas as well as light colored roofs are only a few items we will be constructing. Addition of women's locker rooms, the upgrade of the lunchroom, addition of a conference room and office space helps the workers.
With the upgrade of the exterior matching the building with the City Hall and Library with brick columns will tie the facility into Shoreview's theme of a City Complex.
