Scope Of Work
$14,000,000.00 new Community Center project included an Olympic size ice arena, community rooms, swimming pool, play areas, conference rooms.
We contracted with E & V Consultants and the City of Maple Grove as a construction manager to work on this project.
We reclaimed a 35-acree open gravel pit. The Community Center has one of the best ice sheets in the State of Minnesota.
The City of Maple Grove was able to use the ice arena over Christmas Vacation, five months ahead of schedule.
The Community Center was on budget and on schedule with change orders of less than 1% of the construction cost.
