Scope Of Work
Temple ISD needed renovations, additions, and/or improvements on 14 campuses, many of which were between 30-50 years old and had never been updated. It was imperative that the team develop an intricate schedule of activity that lent itself to minimal operation disruption and a safe environment for the staff and students. The schedule allowed for fast-track work during the summer and included multiple phases. Regular status updates of savings and schedule allowed the client to make additional improvements and plan for their busy school year.
