Scope Of Work
The City of Temple hired American Constructors as the construction manager-at-risk to mitigate construction deficiencies in this five-year-old police station. The project required extensive pre-planning including analysis of project cost, schedule and impact to police operations. The scope included mold abatement, exterior wall replacement, removal of all drywall and ductwork and complete reconstruction of the building with an accelerated schedule. Our staff diligently reviewed all discovered conditions and revealed numerous concerns to the architect and owner team for proper resolution.
