Scope Of Work

Devon Prep has a concrete service ramp where deliveries and other traffic occurs throughout the day.  Due to proximity of the kitchen and trash area, this ramp is extremely slippery.  By installing Form-A-Tread, this ramp is now safer due to the high traction provided.  We also installed Form-A-Tread on a set of concrete steps that are used throughout the day by students and faculty.  Another installation was an external staircase that is comprised of synthetic decking (Trex-like material), which gets very slippery when any moisture is present on the surface.  Form-A-Tread has made an immediate improvement on all these surfaces according to the feedback received by the facilities maintenance manager.
