Scope Of Work
This 436-bed residence hall includes a series of four and two bedroom suites, each containing a living area and bathroom. An apartment for a resident life assistant is also provided. The five-story structure contains a basement level that houses the mechanical systems. Each floor has a laundry room and central lounge, along with small study areas at each end of the building. A main feature of the facility is a two-story lounge which leads to a common lawn area that is shared by two adjacent residence halls.
