Worked with internationally acclaimed Chef Günter Seeger’s design team to create his first New York restaurant designed to evoke the feeling of dining at home.

Preserve delicate existing brickwork, highly-detailed coffered ceilings made with reclaimed lumber and extensive custom decorative metal work was one of the project’s priorities.

Executing the vision of integrating the kitchen and it’s mechanical requirements within the space to enhance the atmosphere without being distracting. Restoration of delicate, a century-old brick wall as well as sourcing, fabricating and installing custom millwork using reclaimed lumber.
