Scope Of Work
The chiller was in the lower parking garage, beneath the Omni Hotel, in downtown Austin, TX. The Chiller weighed approximately 37,000 lbs and was too large to fit through the door. We removed the motor/compressor, elbow and economizer. We then pushed the tubes back against the wall and took out the motor/compressor and economizer. We then pushed out the main shell, carried it up to street level, and loaded everything onto a truck with a 12k SkyTrack
