Scope Of Work
Retained by Lennar Homes, one of the largest home builders in the United States for construction of their amenities packages at new communities. The scope of work was pre-construction services inclusive of estimating, value engineering, budgeting and permitting for their Heritage Hills project. The contract scope of work consisted of performing total site development for a 7 acre site. We were responsible for the entire site, bringing in new fill and stabilizing the site for the construction of a 22,472 SF
