Scope Of Work
Located on Seawall Boulevard in Galveston, Texas, the Holiday Inn Express is a 92,000-square-foot, 134-guest-room hotel that offers its guests a large pool deck, splash pool and viewing terrace that overlooks the seascape of the Galveston beachfront. The limited-service hotel offers balconies for all its guest rooms with modern finishes. The hotel also features fitness, laundry and food-on-the-go amenities. A 218-car detached garage houses ample parking for guests; valet parking is also available. Mitchell Carlson Stone. Inc. designed the facility for the owner, 33rd Street Properties, LLC.
