Scope Of Work
EpicCentral Hotels and Conference Center is a 180,00-square-foot dual-brand hotel development consisting of a six-story Homewood Suites, a seven-story Hilton Garden Inn and a 19,680-square-foot conference center that sits between the two hotels. The project’s development manager is Concord Hospitality for the City of Grand Prairie. The hotels and conference center are located within EpicCentral, a 172-acre development that includes the Grand Prairie Safety Building, Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark, The Summit recreation center, The Epic multipurpose facility, PlayGrand Adventures and future retail spaces.
