Scope Of Work
Courtyard by Marriott Lake Pointe is a 78,695-square-foot, 135-key, five-story wood frame structure with masonry, metal wall panels and stucco exterior finish. The hotel features an exterior pool with an oversized amenity deck and a fire pit. This relaxing area outside of the bar is designed to overlook the lake at Lake Pointe. The property also includes a fitness center, 1,500 square feet of meeting space, kitchen and a full-service bar. The hotel is located along the newly developed Brooks Lake in Sugar Land, Texas.
