Scope Of Work
In 2013, Red Robin Gourmet Burgers rolled out a Brand Transformation Remodel Program across 440 corporate owned stores. RWFS was called upon to perform as the GC. The full interior/exterior remodel was a complete refresh for all aging stores that so desperately needed to be updated with the new branding rollout. The refresh included demo and installation of new flooring, new ceilings, new electrical circuits and dimmer controls, a new LED lighting package, new booths and fabric, new bar tops, new furniture, new paint, new art, ADA Compliance modifications in bars and restrooms and interor and exterior signage.
?RWFS performed 30+ remodel projects per year and successfully ended the program in the spring of 2016.
?RWFS continues to perform additional remodels for Red Robin moving forward into fall 2016/2017 on other stores not originally slated.
