Scope Of Work
This project is an engineering classroom building, containing 44,914 square feet. The work included utilities, communications, extensive site work, lighting and landscaping. The structure was a multi-story with basement, cast-in-place concrete and pre-cast wall with conventional steel columns, beams, joists and combination of built-up and clay tile roofing. Interior finishes were primarily metal studs and drywall with varied high quality ceilings and finishes.
