The client was a mid-size manufacturer whose pain points included limited visibility of inventory, and a long purchase order and invoicing cycle. They had outgrown the use of utilizing Microsoft® Access® and needed a solution that provided real-time numbers and analytics. There was no automated process in place that allowed employees to know when inventory ran low, what inventory was already allocated for, or when to obtain additional materials.

Ringer knew that they had to spend a great deal of time at the client facility to understand their current process. Ringer does not believe in changing the process of a business for clients to be digitally efficient; instead, they believe that a solution should be built around the process already in place. The custom system that was created provided the client with real-time reporting and reduced the full process of procurement from 14 hours to 14 minutes. Not only does the client own the system, but the project was completed for approximately one-fourth the cost of a yearly ORACLE® subscription.

Ringer was approached by a start-up liquor company looking for a new website with elements that had never been seen before, and made a strong branding statement. The site utilizes brand-new technologies to create the motion that tells the brand story. The creative concept is also unique, allowing the liquor maker to tell three engaging stories about their product while inviting end-users to share their own stories via photo uploads.
