Scope Of Work
The development of Takoma Central connects the historic Takoma Park main street to the Metro Station with a new mixed-use urban community of 150 apartments and 10,000 square feet of retail, anchored by the famed Busboys and Poets restaurant. The apartments are conveniently located amongst the independent shops and restaurants of Takoma Park and minutes away from the bustling shopping and dining destination of downtown Silver Spring, MD. The building is designed to complement the unique architecture of the neighborhood, with a five-story industrial-style warehouse design connected by a glass “hyphen” to a contemporary four-story brick building.
