Scope Of Work
The new 15,400 SF Medical Arts Pavilion will be built above the 100-year flood plain and will assist in meeting the projected medical needs of the communities on the South Shore of Long Island, including Long Beach and the surrounding areas. The construction of the building will provide 14 exam rooms, 2 procedure rooms, 2 dedicated gastroenterology procedure rooms, 1 ultrasound room, 1 diagnostic X-ray room and 1 pain management room, for a total of 21 treatment spaces. Site improvements to the proposed MAP will create new parking areas, water retention systems, landscaping and lighting.
