Einstein Medical Center has been named one of the five Most Beautiful Hospitals in the United States by Soliant Health. Shortly after opening, the new hospital required 24 additional beds to meet quickly rising patient needs. The hospital was at maximum capacity and administrators were considering sacrificing essential office space to maintain quality patient care.

SOLUTION

Our team moved quickly to create an attractive new facility immediately adjacent to the primary facility using a combination of 12 remanufactured modular buildings and new construction. The modular buildings were taken from existing WillScot inventory which allowed the Construction Services Team to have the modular complex ready for occupancy in just 52 days.

The finished building includes state-of-the-art office space for the executive team, including the office of the CEO. And the additional space allowed executives to stay on campus and add 24 new revenue-generating private beds inside the main building.
