Dean Builds, Inc. is a commercial and industrial construction company. Our services include Construction Management, General Contracting and Design-Build. We are licensed to work in Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Tennessee, Alabama and West Virginia. Dean Builds has established relationships with national businesses such as Rite-Aid, Starbucks, Nestle and Staples. We have also finished projects for local customers such as Eastern Kentucky University, Berea College, Sayre School, Gates Automotive Group and Lexington Hearing and Speech Center. We are committed to sticking to each work schedule and budget, and emphasize a quality work environment for employees and subcontractors. Job site safety is of utmost importance, and we have a robust safety program that all employees and subcontractors must adhere to. To accomplish this goal, Dean Builds has created a team that strives for excellence, integrity and professionalism. Dean Builds was established in 2002 by Dan and Lambsy Graves as W.D. Graves, Inc. David Dean joined by purchasing 50% of the company in June of 2006, and in 2007 the name was changed to Graves and Dean, Inc. David purchased the remaining shares of the company 2009 and became the sole owner of the business, changing the name to Dean Builds.
