Scope Of Work
-What was the scope of this project?
Rough and finish (2) Commercial bathroom, water cooler, mop sink, install gas piping for (2) RTU.
-What challenges did you overcome?
Find the sewage line because the landlord doesn't provide us the existing plumbing plans and also the store was occupied for Stop and Shop and had some many lines inside (Sewage, grease, storm lines)
-What unique solutions did you provide?
Made the exact BTU calculation for the RTU that way we can use the correct piping size for the gas. The architect doesn't provide us in the plans the drawing for the gas piping and we had to design where is going the gas line and talk to National Grid to increase the gas meter for the storage.
-How did the client/customer react to the finished work?
They were quite satisfied and pleased with our service and our quick response to any challenge.
