Scope Of Work
Causa is a hip two-story Peruvian restaurant that is serving up not only excellent food but a vibrant atmosphere of its own.
Led by Peruvian-born chef and co-owner Carlos Delgado, Causa highlights South America’s wealth of ingredients, culinary influence, and depth of flavors. The menu takes you on a trip through Peru’s three central regions: the seafood-rich Pacific coast, the Amazon rainforest, and the mountainous Andes.
