Our Story

Foddrill Construction Corporation is a family owned business founded in 1993 in Chino, California. Specializing in the Installation and Maintenance of Street Lighting Systems, LED Retrofit, Decorative Lighting, Parks, Golf Courses, Parking Lots, Car Dealerships, Walk-Way and Bollards, Sports Lighting and Commercial.

It is no coincidence we are in the lighting industry. Only someone who has been through the dark can appreciate the light.

Foddrill is based on Faith, Family, Friends and giving back to our community. We are a Minority Woman Business Enterprise certified through the Supplier Clearing House.

CSLB 946999 with an A License and a C-10.

Leonora and her late husband Jimmy started the company in 1993 to realize a dream of owning their own business. Losing a founder can be catastrophic and lethal to a business, upon her husband's death in in 2014 she had to make a choice to continue running the business or sell it. Once she saw the face of her employees, her path was clear. Women are typically not found in this industry and this led to the amazement of many that she demonstrated a capacity and capability fo the technical side of the industry. She implemented a completely different management style and began to break down barriers between management and work force. Empowering her employees to better themselves through Safety Protocols and Certifications for different training programs, bidding on a multitude of projects that bring new experiences to the company. By working intensively with her team it helped her become a stronger leader and trusting her team to take risks. She has made the choice to be a Victor not a Victim. Foddrill Construction is hugely vested in the community by giving back. She owns an exact replica of the 1966 BATMOBILE which is taken out for charitable events.

What makes us different is our dedication to each other, the way we do our work with the highest degree of Safety and Integrity. We want to continue to be known as the company who works hard for it's clients and hard for our community.
