Scope Of Work
The Central Arizona College, Maricopa Campus project, built for Central Arizona College, included the new construction of three 720,000 square foot academic buildings located in Maricopa, AZ. The facility serves as an additional campus for Central Arizona College, which is located at Coolidge, AZ, and contains three Academic Services Buildings and a central plant. The Central Arizona College, Maricopa Campus was constructed of steel with spread footings and an exterior consisting of rammed earth walls, solid and perforated metal panels, glazing, and a metal standing seam roof. Polished and sealed ground concrete in two colors, square carpet tile, gypsum wallboard partitions and aluminum framed walls with exposed steel, and acoustic ceilings comprised interior finishes. The project also features new utility infrastructure and 28 acres of entrance roads leading into the campus. The Central Arizona College, Maricopa Campus unites campus boundaries and encourages interdisciplinary academic collaboration and success.
