Scope Of Work
The scope of work included the following:
Excavating/grading, including 30,000 CY of imported dirt fill
Storm sewer – approximately 1,495 linear ft. of piping structures (manholes, catch basins, headwalls)
6” underdrain at edge of pavement
Utilities – underground electric run for light poles
Paving – 800 cu. yd. of concrete for dolly pads (the areas where truck trailers place their landing gear) / 390,000 sq. ft. of heavy duty asphalt pavement (10” of DGA base, 6” of asphalt base course, 1.5” of asphalt surface course)
2,350 linear ft. of K-Rail (jersey barriers) at the rear of all the trucks stalls
Security fence and guardrail
Landscaping buffers planted at the property line (approximately 65 trees)
