The vision includes 50 one-acre office and/or warehouse sites accommodating up to 20,000 sq. ft. buildings with the potential to have lots combine for bigger buildings. All of the buildings will have water and sewer services and two "spec" buildings are expected to be constructed for facilitating immediate move-ins.

"We're trying to give people the ability to come in right away," said Love.

Love says the park will be the home of all things commerce once it is completed.

"We're excited," he said. "Our developers are excited."

Cleveland can further benefit from the industrial park with economic growth coming in from outside such as the construction of the Grand Parkway.

"You stay in the same town where you work and where you live," said Love. "And hopefully where you play."

The second project is the Grand Oaks Reserve, which is a subdivision consisting of approximately 1,000 homes, 250 condominiums and 400 apartments. The subdivision also has plans for parks, a lake, natural preserves and a nine-hole golf course. The homes in the building plan are designed as giving quality living for a different price range.

"That's kind of the idea is to give people a kind of first class kind of place to live for a normal price," Loves aid.

The area the Grand Oaks Reserve is located, according to Love, is also home to plenty of local flora and fauna that give a great view to locals who choose to live in the subdivision.

"It's a beautiful area back there," he said. "We want to preserve it as much as possible."

Both projects have only just started although Love says the Grand Oaks Reserve is a little behind schedule. However, he concluded by noting that Cleveland is very blessed to have these projects as they will help to contribute to the city's expected economic growth.
