Scope Of Work
New Construction - subcontractor poured the pad for the enclosed patio to be built; pitched pad for exterior. We were called in to level the pad for flooring installation. Ended up doing floor installation.
- Underlayment leveled with self leveling cementious mix
- Microtopping overlayment installed in Rustic Wood pattern
- Hand stained
- Protected with urea
