Scope Of Work
The large recreation hall was bare concrete and susceptible to spills and stains with multiple cracks. VCT floors in halls and restrooms were cracked and breaking. Drains were improperly sloped causing trip hazards. We installed a seamless decorative flake floor coating
- VCT removal
- Numerous crack repairs and drain repairs
- Grinding off sealer
- Full coat of wicking epoxy
- Broadcast of custom color decorative flake
- Protected with polyaspartic urea
- Installed new cove base
