Scope Of Work

CAVCON teamed with a medical consultant to identify procedures and various types of equipment needed prior to beginning the design and construction of the medical facility. This pre-construction service saved time and money during the design and build out of the facility. Because the various types of medical equipment needed for surgeries were identified prior to construction, CAVCON’s initial design of the space to accounted for said equipment with minimal changes during the construction phase.

Premier Surgery Center of Pittsburgh’s outpatient surgery center offers state-of-the-art technology. The center is a unique state-licensed, Medicare certified, privately-owned Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) providing same day, outpatient services and is licensed to accommodate a broad range of outpatient surgical procedures. With over 7, 000 square feet of space featuring three operating rooms, 7 pre and post-operative pods, 1 procedure room, and 1 pediatric room, the facility is equipped to meet the needs of patients and physicians in the Tri-State Area.
