Scope Of Work
The Arc of Westmoreland was founded in 1954, is a private nonprofit corporation that provides services to individuals with cognitive, intellectual and developmental disabilities. During the Design/Build process, CAVCON constructed the center taking into account the various capabilities of the children served by this organization.
